I bake in my home kitchen each week depending on the season and what my friends and neighbors want. Here are examples of some of my recent creations. I love using sourdough starter to create traditional loaves as well as some surprises. I also can take custom orders if you’re interested in holiday gifts or other larger events. Classic plain sourdough boule
Chewy on the inside, crusty on the outside, perfectly sour, just the way you want it.
Sesame crusted sourdough boule
My personal favorite. My classic sourdough with an added crunch/warmth/depth that is close to perfection.
Sourdough english muffins
Rich, chewy, just sour enough, fork - split with enough nooks and crannies to hold way too much butter when crisped up in the toaster.
pillowy dinner rolls
Slightly sweet. Very fluffy. Melt in your mouth tear apart deliciousness.
Pretzel rolls
Chewy. salty. I dare you to want a sandwich on anything else after you’ve had one on one of these.
